  • Monitor the implementation of Internal Audit recommendations and measure the effectiveness of the improvements.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation and operation of the internal audit assurance framework, including development of continuous monitoring and automated audit routines.
  • Actively contribute to building a robust and self-sufficient internal audit team.
  • The role is London-based, but many of our teams are located across different office locations. You will travel as needed to meet your objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of FinCrime processes and controls.
  • Proven experience working in audit, assurance, risk, compliance, or control testing roles.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, such as Fintech or Financial Services.
  • Experience in a multinational environment across different cultures and countries.
  • Professional qualification a bonus: CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIA/CISA/ICA/ACAMS.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data analytics and technology-enabled assurance.
  • Ability to work independently and propose solutions to problems.
  • Strong coordination skills and accountability for meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with confidence and tact.
  • Agile and adaptable to change.
  • Passionate about driving change, making improvements, and helping stakeholders.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary: GBP 61,000 - GBP 79,000 yearly.
  • RSUs
  • Parental leave
  • Travel to other global Wise offices
  • Growth and development opportunities across the business
  • A fun work environment with social activities and events
  • The opportunity to work with collaborative, smart, and curious people
