ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

As an Internal Project Manager (IT Infrastructure), you will form part of our IT Infrastructure, Management and Service Governance department, a team highly specialised in systems infrastructure solutions, virtualisation, and on-premises and/or cloud-based solutions from the market’s leading manufacturers.

We provide managed infrastructure services to major national and international clients. We also carry out projects using cutting-edge technology that have a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and optimal performance of all infrastructure components.
• Plan and coordinate changes to the IT infrastructure, ensuring that they are carried out in a controlled manner and without significant disruption.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and external suppliers to ensure that changes are integrated and aligned.
• Provide regular reports on the status and performance of the infrastructure, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics.
• Analyse the monitoring data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Ensure that the IT infrastructure complies with the company’s security policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate security and compliance audits, and manage the remediation of any findings.
• Manage relationships with service and technology providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Qualifications: A degree in Engineering or an advanced vocational qualification in IT or a related field. A Master’s degree in IT Management or an MBA would be an advantage.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and advanced English (MANDATORY)
• Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Certifications: ITIL, PMP, CISSP or vendor-specific certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are valued.
