About the Position

Internal System Auditor (m/w/d)

We are seeking an Internal System Auditor to join our team in Karlsruhe, Germany. Plan, conduct, and document internal system audits based on ISO standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document internal system audits based on ISO standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and customer-specific requirements at all business levels across European Harman Automotive sites.
• Support the planning and execution of external certification audits.
• Manage audit results (effectiveness review, action tracking).
• Prepare reports, audit evaluations, and management review presentations.
• Conduct conformity checks using global BMS process documentation.
• Train and advise process owners and employees on business processes: creation, implementation, optimization, harmonization.
• Digital affinity and openness to using modern AI-supported tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Communication Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in the automotive development sector (HW/ME/SW) and electronics production.
• Certified Internal System Auditor IATF16949 with relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of quality and environmental management according to ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, A-SPICE, ISO14001, etc.
• Knowledge of QM Core Tools (MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, etc.), development processes, and project management.
• Independent working style with a structured and organized approach.
• Contact-friendly, team-oriented, resilient, linguistically adept, and confident demeanor.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Very good English proficiency in speech and writing.
• Willingness to travel (10%).
