Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities

Sales

Negotiation of OTB objectives before sales campaigns
Monthly sales monitoring and analysis
Sales optimization during showroom periods and throughout the seasons
Supervision of customer orders (proper referencing of collections, highlighting best-sellers)
Supervision of logistics and financial operations (shipments, orders, after-sales service, and payments)
Definition of action plans and P&L monitoring
Preparation and updating of seasonal and annual budgets

Distribution Network Development

Development and control of Aubade wholesale points of sale (existing and new prospects)
Order taking in the Showroom
Negotiation of franchise, corner, and pop-up store openings as well as commercial conditions

Distribution Development

Contribution to the improvement of the offer through sales analyses and reporting to challenge partners on purchases, budgets, and objectives
Ensuring the proper implementation of visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
Conducting product training

Marketing & Communication

Support to the Marketing Manager during events in collaboration with partners (seminars, POS animation)
Representation of the brand at commercial and press events

Contribution to Offer Improvement

Transmission of field information to Area Managers and lingerie and accessories product teams: collection briefings, customer feedback, product analyses
Monitoring and understanding the competition (products, prices, and strategy)

Piloting of Franchise and Corner Openings

Ensuring that Capex investments are mostly covered by partners
Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines

Legal

Negotiation of commercial conditions with key partners
Coordination with legal for LOI, LOA, and agency/distribution contracts in collaboration with the commercial headquarters

Requirements

Qualities Sought:

Dynamism, flexibility, motivation, and a proactive spirit
Openness with a preference for prior experience in a company
Persuasiveness, oriented towards figures and results
Relational ease and resistance to stress

Professional Skills Desired:

Bilingual English and French
Good proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
