The Fourth Law (Четвертий Закон) - провідний український виробник технологій автономності для дронів. Mission of the Role

Допомагати компанії розбудовувати стратегічні партнерства, створювати спільні виробничі майданчики та реалізовувати прямі продажі технологій і ліцензій для забезпечення потреб замовників та збройних сил країн НАТО/ЄС.

Main Tasks

• Building Partnerships: Search and attract European defense and industrial partners for localization and joint production of Ukrainian developments, as well as scaling production within the EU.
• Direct Sales and Licensing (B2G / B2B): Organize and support direct sales of military products to European countries, concluding technology transfer agreements and licensing sales to European partners.
• Regulatory Analysis and Compliance: Research and implement European defense procurement requirements, NATO/STANAG standards, and export control procedures.
• Public Relations and Defense Sector Connections: Establish and maintain connections with EU defense agencies, the European Defense Agency (EDA), funds, and major European defense contractors.
• Project Management: Full support of partnership projects, coordination of internal engineering and legal teams, and participation in relevant European exhibitions.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in international business development, B2B/B2G sales, or project management for at least 3 years.
• Understanding of the specifics of European defense procurement.
• Ability to work with complex documentation (export control, EU regulatory framework).
• Financial modeling skills (calculation of partnership and licensing economics).
• Fluency in English for high-level negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships.
• Independence, organization, and result-orientation.
• Willingness to travel regularly to EU countries.

Preferred Skills

• Combat experience.
• Drone piloting experience.
• Proficiency in additional European languages (German, French, Polish, etc.).
