International Corporate Lawyer

About the Position

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an International Corporate Lawyer in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Company registration, administration, and other corporate matters
• Managing the day-to-day activities of companies incorporated under the laws of different jurisdictions
• Filling in relevant documentation provided by service providers
• Coordinating with external corporate and legal agents
• Drafting different types of legal documents (e.g., PoAs, SPAs, SHAs, corporate resolutions, service agreements, employment contracts)
• Performing legal research on various legal matters and preparing relevant reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Corporate and M&A and/or related fields
• Experience in the role of a corporate lawyer/corporate administrator in international jurisdictions (Cyprus, Hong Kong, etc.)
• Experience in opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts, including handling banking relationships and compliance
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and care in the final product
• Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills in English (at least B2)
