International Corporate Lawyer

About the Position

EvoPlay is the largest ecosystem of product-driven projects offering comprehensive solutions for the online gaming industry. We collaborate with highly competitive markets around the world and are constantly seeking new opportunities for the integration and promotion of our products. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an International Corporate Lawyer in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Companies registration, administration, and other corporate matters
• Managing day-to-day activity of companies incorporated under the laws of different jurisdictions
• Filling in the relevant documentation provided by providers
• Coordinating with external corporate and legal agents
• Drafting different types of legal documents (e.g., PoAs, SPA, SHA, corporate resolutions, services agreements, employment contracts)
• Performing legal research on different legal matters and preparing relevant reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Corporate and M&A and/or related fields
• Experience in the role of corporate lawyer/corporate administrator with international jurisdictions (Cyprus, Hong Kong, etc.)
• Experience in opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts, including handling banking relationships and compliance
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and care in a final product
• Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills in English (at least B2)
