International Lawyer (Compliance & Dispute Resolution)

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an International Lawyer specializing in Compliance & Dispute Resolution.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Compliance & Dispute Resolution legal professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and licensing, who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and responses to customer complaints and regulatory authority requests.
• Manage letters, lawsuits, warnings, notices, and complaints from customers and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and compliant responses.
• People management, including organization of internal investigations based on complaints received from customers, and guiding team members in effective and compliant customer communication.
• Liaise with local advisors worldwide on legal matters for resolving disputes and complaints.
• Conduct regulatory research with a focus on law enforcement practices worldwide.
• Maintain databases and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Perform other legal tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Experience in International Law from 2 years.
• Experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and/or regulatory complaints considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AML/KYC procedures and risk assessments, familiarity with responsible gaming standards considered a plus.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English - written and spoken.
