International Lawyer (with iGaming experience)

About the Position

We are seeking an International Lawyer with iGaming experience to join our team in Warsaw, Braga, or Kyiv. Responsibilities include compliance with legal requirements and working with international companies.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with legal requirements for the validity of licenses
• Preparation of various policies and procedures from scratch and control over their fulfillment
• Preparation and review of contracts, legal documents, templates, legal opinions, letters, analysis, etc.
• Compliance matters
• Work with non-resident companies’ maintenance, analysis of legislation of various jurisdictions, opening accounts for legal entities in foreign banks

Requirements

• Full legal qualification (degree in Law)
• Knowledge of legal requirements and controls such as Anti-Money Laundering (any compliance-related certification is a plus)
• At least 1.5+ years of experience
• English - Upper-intermediate
• Highly developed analytical and drafting skills with attention to details
