As an International Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top tech talent in key positions worldwide. You will work with cutting-edge recruitment systems and help organizations build high-performing teams in the tech industry. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification to final placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and place candidates for key technology positions across various global markets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools and innovative systems to identify and engage top talent
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and negotiations with candidates
- Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and expand a network of highly skilled professionals in the tech industry
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in the tech industry
- Strong knowledge of the global recruitment landscape and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technology platforms
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
