You will work with cutting-edge recruitment systems and help organizations build high-performing teams in the tech industry. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification to final placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and place candidates for key technology positions across various global markets
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools and innovative systems to identify and engage top talent
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and negotiations with candidates
• Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and expand a network of highly skilled professionals in the tech industry

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in the tech industry
• Strong knowledge of the global recruitment landscape and talent acquisition strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and technology platforms
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
