International Talent Programme (ITP) 2026 - Human Resources

Step into ING's International Talent Programme (ITP) - Human Resources Stream, an 18-month global graduate experience designed for ambitious graduates who want to accelerate their careers while making a meaningful impact on people, culture, and organizational success from day one.

As part of our Human Resources team, you'll work alongside experienced HR professionals and business leaders, contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience, develop future leaders, and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of people-related challenges while building the skills, experience, and global network needed to accelerate your career at ING.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in the Human Resources function and gain hands-on experience delivering meaningful work from day one.
• Expand your perspective through a new challenge, with the opportunity to undertake an international assignment within ING's global network.
• Deepen your expertise by joining a different team, building broader experience while continuing to develop your career path.
• Work on strategic projects that contribute to ING's future growth and transformation.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and fellow graduates from around the world.
• Receive structured learning, mentoring, and coaching throughout the programme.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the last two years.
• Strong academic results.
• Up to two years' professional work experience, with demonstrated workplace experience highly valued.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• An interest in people, culture, leadership, and the future of work.
• A global mindset and openness to international experiences.
