About the programme:

If you’re passionate about Finance and want to accelerate your career in banking, join the Finance Track at one of the largest banks in Poland and grow through ING’s International Talent Programme.

On the Finance track you can gain hands-on experience in areas such as: Management Information / Management Reporting, Controlling & Performance Management, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Tax, Finance transformation / process improvements.

International Talent Programme is a two-year global traineeship where you can discover different parts of our organisation across three rotations, one of which may even be abroad. After these rotations you can move into a permanent role.

During the programme you will:

  • Complete three rotations across different teams and projects within Finance
  • Take ownership of your development: after the first rotation, you actively leverage your network and initiative to arrange further rotations
  • Join Global Learning Experiences in Amsterdam (global events) designed to kick off and close your ITP journey, where you learn about ING’s strategy, banking fundamentals, and develop personal skills like communication, stakeholder management and growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in various finance areas
  • Participate in three rotations within the Finance department
  • Engage in global learning experiences in Amsterdam

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Banking, Economics, or a related field
  • Be fluent in English and Polish
  • Have up to 2 years of professional experience in Finance (internships/placements welcomed)
  • Be active in student organisations, academic societies, volunteering, or extracurricular initiatives
