About the Position

International Trainee Programme

A world-leading retail company, working in Ukraine for more than 15 years. By the completion of the programme, you will have the opportunity to join the world-leading retail company and perform inspiring projects in the wholesale market.

Structure of the Programme

Joining the local store team for 9 months
Joining the local headquarter team for 9 months
Joining either the headquarter or store team in one of 24 countries for 6 months

Requirements

Master's / Double Bachelor's degree
Maximum of 3 years' work experience
Fluency in English
Foster innovation & community building skills
Passion for food, gastronomy, and wholesale
Good intercultural skills
Strong leadership potential
