About the Position
International Trainee Programme
A world-leading retail company, working in Ukraine for more than 15 years. By the completion of the programme, you will have the opportunity to join the world-leading retail company and perform inspiring projects in the wholesale market.
Structure of the Programme
- Joining the local store-team for 9 months
- Joining the local headquarter-team for 9 months
- Joining either the headquarter or store-team in one of 24 countries for 6 months
Requirements
- Master's / Double Bachelor's degree
- Maximum of 3 years' work experience
- Fluent English
- Foster innovation & community building skills
- Passion for food, gastronomy & wholesale
- Good intercultural skills
- Strong leadership potential
