About the Position

We are seeking an Internet Targeting Specialist to create high-performing ad campaigns on social media platforms and drive strong conversion rates. If you're familiar with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads algorithms, and you combine creative thinking with analytical skills - we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

Set up and launch targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Segment audiences and create Lookalike and Retargeting campaigns
Analyze ad performance, optimize budgets and bidding strategies
Collaborate on ad creatives: brief designers, test formats
Implement pixels, UTM tags, and configure events via GTM
Prepare reports and recommendations for campaign improvement
Monitor digital marketing trends and adopt new tools and strategies

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a targeting specialist
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Experience with analytics tools: Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar
Understanding of marketing fundamentals, sales funnels, and user behavior
Creativity, responsibility, and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of graphic editors is a plus
Fluent in Ukrainian
English sufficient for reading technical documentation
