Workplace Experience – Internship

About the Position

Are you interested in building a system that will save lives and restore the sovereignty of Ukraine? One Way Aerospace is rebooting the arsenal of democracy by providing long-range, precision strike drones mass-produced in Ukraine. We are looking for an intern to join our team and take ownership of our workplace and HR admin activities.

Responsibilities

• People administration functions: Onboarding new team members and keeping our HR database updated.
• Facilities: Project managing workplace-related projects to create an environment where people are excited to come to work.
• Office organization and efficiency: Finding creative solutions to everyday office problems.
• Team & Company events: Planning unique and engaging events for team members and their families.
• Global mindfulness: Brainstorming creative ways to make our workspace feel more globally mindful.

Requirements

• Must be a self-starter who takes on tasks from start to finish.
• Thrives when working on high-level strategic initiatives alongside tactical tasks.
• Must be able to anticipate company and team needs, and quickly respond accordingly.
• Is accustomed to multitasking and on-the-spot decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a demonstrated team player who partners effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Feels comfortable trusting their instincts and isn’t afraid to make a mistake, correct, and move on.
