• Streamline and professionalize workflow, processes, and organization
• Develop and maintain business planning, financial modeling, and reporting
• Improve finance and accounting processes to enhance efficiency
• Drive business development and sales activities, expanding our reach
• Develop and iterate new service offerings for continuous growth

Requirements

• Pursuing or hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier university
• Prior work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments
• Proactive with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Hands-on attitude, comfortable with autonomy and responsibility
• Business fluent in both German and English languages
