Responsibilities

• Support reporting and analytics activities, including variance reports, tracking, trend analyses, Power BI data extraction, and data quality checks
• Support the standardization and continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates, SOPs, and team best practices.
• Coordinate article cancellation activities, including initial evaluations, tracking requests and approvals, stakeholder follow-up, and trend analysis
• Provide administrative and operational support, including meeting coordination, documentation, action tracking, file and SharePoint maintenance, and data compilation
• Prepare and format presentations, monthly business review materials, and analyses for internal stakeholders and leadership
• Support the team with ad hoc requests and cross-functional coordination as needed.

Requirements

• Enrolled student for the whole period of the internship, preferably in Business Administration, Merchandise Planning, or similar
• Advanced user knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with working with databases (Power BI knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken), German a plus
• Team player mentality with the ability to work independently as well
• Organizational talent with an eye for detail and accuracy
