About the Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our dynamic team as an Internship HR in the Tires sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in scheduling, database management, and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support department specialists in scheduling interviews/meetings
• Manage information in databases
• Regularly visit the production area to collect information
• Collect and update employee data
• Prepare HR-related reports/presentations as needed
• Engage in other activities related to the human resources process

Requirements

• Enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum medium level of English (spoken & written)
• Availability to work full time (8h/day)
• Very good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
• Effective communication skills
• Strong work ethic
