About the Position
Internship in Key Account Management - January 2027 (M/F/X)
Join Henkel for a 6-month internship in Key Account Management starting January 2027. Support strategic retail customers and develop your career in a global FMCG business.
Responsibilities
As an intern, you will support Key Account Managers to make a difference while operating on a highly analytical level and with strong influencing skills to identify and develop opportunities and reach full customer potential. During your internship, you will:
- Support the Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of strategic retail customers
- Assist in analyzing customer performance by monitoring key KPIs such as sales and market share
- Contribute to the preparation and evaluation of promotional plans and customer activations
- Help prepare customer meetings and presentations
- Ensure accurate and timely administrative follow-up, including sales reports, forecasts, and customer documentation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure flawless execution
Depending on the ongoing projects and your appetite to learn, you can be involved in additional tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing (or have recently completed) a Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
- Enjoy building relationships and collaborating with different stakeholders
- Commercial mindset and ability to turn data and insights into concrete actions
- Analytical and comfortable working with Excel
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in FMCG and Retail
- Available for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027 and eligible to work in Belgium
