About the Position
Internship New Business Development Industrial IoT
LOCTITE Pulse is Henkel Adhesive Technologies' new digital solution portfolio targeting the Predictive Maintenance market of various industries. This internship will allow you to support the roll-out of new digital solutions with the goal of establishing sustainable growth for this new portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Work in an agile innovation unit and benefit from Henkel’s local infrastructure, global organization, and valuable exposure to business operations and professional networks
- Get involved in both strategic and hands-on tasks: from supporting sales and customer-facing activities to co-developing strategic approaches to establish sustainable growth of this new portfolio
- Support the business development team by building business cases that demonstrate the value and impact of new and existing products
- Support the development of a partner and sales distribution strategy
- Assist with the LOCTITE Pulse marketing campaigns and the customer journey
- Take ownership and use your initiative to continuously improve internal processes by analyzing challenges, suggesting optimizations, and implementing practical solutions within the team
Requirements
- Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related or engineering-related studies
- Practical experience in a related field is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent) and German (min. B2)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficiency in the use of AI
- Independent and proactive work style and a good team player
- Openness to take over various tasks in an agile, start-up like environment
- Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1,050-2,270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
