Intern/Student Accounting-Practicante

ZF is a global technology company supplying systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial technology, enabling the next generation of mobility. We are hiring an Intern/Student Accounting, who will support our Shared Services Center in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. In this team you will have the opportunity to learn about administrative and accounting tasks in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies
• Analysis and resolution of Accounts Payable invoice problems
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions
• Customer’s Collection
• Run Reports of Past Due Customers/Vendors
• Creation of third-party customer invoices, credit memos and customer statements
• Verification and application of customer payments
• Assist in Accounting month end close process
• Maintain excellent relationship with third-party customers and with our ZF operating units

Requirements

• Current Student in Accounting, Business Administration degree or other related.
• Strong computer, analytical problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Very good computer skills using MS Office, knowledge in SAP system would be a plus
• Preferred with 50-70% Bilingual English/Spanish
