Role mission: To maintain accurate accounting of materials and production - from raw materials to finished goods - so that the company always knows its actual cost of goods and inventory status.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accounting records of production inventories, raw materials, materials and components;
• Monitoring the correctness of receipt, transfer, release into production and write-off of materials in accordance with production documents;
• Accounting for the movement of components between warehouses, production and R&D;
• Production accounting: work in progress, output of finished goods, return of unused materials and production remainders;
• Accounting for customer-supplied (toll) raw materials: transfer of materials to the processor, monitoring movement, receipt of products/processing results, processor reports, monitoring balances;
• Maintaining separate analytical accounting of materials transferred to R&D, monitoring their use, return and write-off;
• Monitoring inventory balances according to accounting data and their consistency with warehouse records;
• Participating in the inventory count of stock, work in progress and materials in production/R&D;
• Monitoring primary documents in your area and liaising with the warehouse, production, R&D and procurement;
• Participating in determining the actual production cost and verifying that production transactions are correctly recorded in BAS.
• Main accounts: 20, 22, 23, 26 and related accounts and analytics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience independently maintaining inventory and production accounting;
• Practical understanding of the movement of materials from receipt to release into production and output of finished goods;
• Experience working with accounts 20, 22, 23, 26;
• Understanding of work-in-progress accounting and determination of actual production cost;
• Experience conducting inventory counts and monitoring balances;
• Strong command of BAS;
• Ability to independently analyze a business transaction and determine how it should be recorded;
• Attention to detail, a systematic approach, and the ability to work with a large volume of transactions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with accounting for customer-supplied (toll) raw materials;
• Experience with the production of electronics/equipment/machinery, including job-order production;
• Experience working with a large range of components.
