Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day investment pipeline and ensure projects move through the defined process.
• Coordinate Investment Research Analysts and control the quality and timing of delivery.
• Manage Jira, project statuses, ownership, deadlines, SLA, and backlog.
• Run operational team syncs.
• Translate strategic tasks and processes defined together with the Head into concrete execution and results.
• Conduct and coordinate project analysis and due diligence.
• Review investment materials and formulate recommendations.
• Develop and improve investment workflows.
• Support the Builder Program.
• Participate in sourcing and relationship building with founders, VC funds, and ecosystem partners.
• Support the development of CVC and strategic investment activities.
• Participate in strategic transactions and potential M&A searches.
• Use AI and automation to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Crypto investments, VC, CVC, corporate development, M&A, or related areas.
• Deep practical understanding of Crypto and Web3.
• Strong knowledge of DeFi, L1/L2, blockchain infrastructure, tokenomics, and crypto business models.
• Understanding of the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to DD, investment decision, and portfolio monitoring.
• Ability to independently evaluate Web3 projects and form a well-reasoned investment opinion.
• Experience with AI tools and automation.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Ability to build, document, and improve processes.
• Ability to coordinate a team and ensure consistent delivery.
• High ownership and independence.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
