About the Position
Investment Expert Lead Generation (locatie Brussel, Gent of Louvain-La-Neuve)
We are looking for a dedicated Investment Expert Lead Generation to join our team in Belgium. Our focus is on enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction by supporting our Affluent-klanten (A+ segment) and improving the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
As an Investment Expert Lead Generation, you will:
- Schedule Appointments: Proactively and reactively schedule appointments with clients through various channels such as outbound calls, inbound calls, call-me-later requests, and emails for both Personal Bankers and Investment Experts Advice.
- Provide Administrative Services: Offer high-quality administrative services (such as KYC, RFI) to A+ clients.
- Handle Client Communications: Manage incoming calls and emails from clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Offer Digital Guidance: Provide digital guidance for various investment streams in the app (Self Invest, Easy Invest, Star Fund).
- Identify Investment Needs: Recognize leads with potential investment needs and schedule appointments for Personal Bankers and Investment Experts Advice.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer contact and the ability to engage clients for advisor appointments regarding our investment solutions.
- Administrative Support: Ability to assist clients with service requests such as KYC, gift, and RFI processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
- Remote Relationship Building: Ability to build trust with clients remotely.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate, organized, and self-motivated.
- Flexibility and Learning: Flexible, eager to learn, and open to personal development.
