About the Position
BGV Group Management is seeking an Investment Manager to support the implementation of key investment and M&A projects of BGV.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating investment and M&A transactions from the NBO/LOI stage to the closing of the deal;
- Preparing and reviewing financial models, investment memoranda, and business valuation assessments;
- Coordinating due diligence processes (technical, financial, legal) with the involvement of international consultants and auditors;
- Supporting project financing processes and interactions with international financial institutions (IFIs);
- Preparing presentations and materials for decision-making for the Supervisory Board and external investors;
- Monitoring "plan/fact," tracking KPIs, and analyzing the performance of the investment program;
- Developing proposals for capital structure, dividend policy, and financing attraction strategies.
Requirements
- Higher education (economics, finance, investments, business administration, or related fields);
- 3−5 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, M&A, or strategy (consulting / Big4 / investment companies / large corporations);
- English language - Upper-Intermediate / Advanced;
- Professional certifications (CFA / ACCA / CIMA) are a plus.
