We are seeking an Investment Operations Analyst for our Private Bank in Singapore to support our growing regional market presence. The role involves:
- Providing support to portfolio management teams, ensuring seamless trade execution
- Coordinating trade workflows, focusing on comprehensive transaction preparations and trading support
- Overseeing liquidity across multiple investment mandates to optimize cash management and funding efficiencies
- Monitoring investment guidelines closely to maintain robust internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Acting as the primary point of contact for audit, risk management, and legal control functions
- Generating regular management tracking documents alongside detailed portfolio performance reports
Requirements
- >1 year of experience within private banking or financial institutions
- Strong knowledge of cross-asset trade lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and investment mandates
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with internal controls and risk management
- Candidates without prior experience may apply
