As an Invoicing Specialist, you’ll be the key link between financial records, payments, and clients. You’ll generate invoices, track payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure transparency in every transaction. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and love keeping things in order, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
- Creating and verifying invoices for healthcare services.
- Keeping billing records updated and accurate.
- Tracking payments and reconciling accounts.
- Communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
- Preparing reports on invoicing and outstanding accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with client policies and U.S. healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in invoicing, billing, or finance-related roles.
- Proficiency in invoicing/accounting software and strong Excel skills.
- A sharp eye for detail – accuracy is everything.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication.
- Great time management – ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
