We're seeking an experienced Communications Engineer 2nd Category for our team in Odesa, Ukraine. Join Kyivstar to ensure the uninterrupted and reliable operation of our network assets.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the reliability of the regional network operation;
- Implementing plans for modernization, technical re-equipment, and reconstruction of network assets;
- Ensuring the reliability of fire protection systems at network sites;
- Organizational support for network site operations;
- Performing climbing work;
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the station using gasoline and diesel generators, etc.
Requirements
- Secondary specialized or higher technical education in the field of energy/telecommunications/radio engineering.
- Special skills: performing climbing work.
- Preferred (but not mandatory) experience in operating telecommunications equipment, electrical equipment, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and fire protection systems.
- English proficiency to understand technical texts.
- Category B driving license.
- Willingness to work irregular hours.
