Department: Telecommunication & Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Performing tasks related to the drafting and re-drafting of contracts associated with the placement of network equipment
- Monitoring the deadlines for concluding contracts
- Entering all necessary documents into electronic systems for contract approval and storage, flashing all contracts, re-approval of counterparties in the SAP system
- Maintaining and updating the information base of contracts for the placement of network equipment
- Identifying contracts that have lost their necessity and relevance for the company, and performing work to terminate such contracts
- Checking contracts for the placement of equipment provided by a subcontractor
- Interaction with the finance department on contract signing issues
- Concluding and supporting contracts for placement at facilities of other telecommunications operators
Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience working with regulatory authorities
- Experience in the legal field (preferred)
- Skills in MS Office
- Possession of a category "B" driver's license, with at least 3 years of driving experience
