Responsibilities
- Conducting analytical processing of information on the performance, quality of functioning, and configuration of network elements
- Analyzing the causes of accidents and problems in the operation of technological network equipment
- Monitoring the dynamics of key network performance indicators, subscriber complaints, identifying service degradation facts, proposing solutions to maintain service quality, and preventive measures for stable equipment operation
- Developing methodologies for measuring and analyzing network quality, developing quality assessment tools
- Preparing reports and presentations on quality indicators - plans, key quality KPIs, results
Requirements
- Higher education in telecommunications or information technology
- Knowledge of mobile network principles, orientation in modern communication technologies
- Knowledge of software and technical tools for processing large data sets
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
- High level of self-organization, analytical mindset, attention to detail, result-oriented
- Experience in preparing presentations and building reporting
- Adherence to the company's corporate values
- English proficiency at the Intermediate level
- Possession of a category "B" driver's license, driving experience of at least 3 years
