About the Position
Інженер-конструктор (БпЛА / MilTech)
MilTech is a team developing VTOL drones that operate in GPS-denied environments. Our product is in the active testing and development phase. We are a small team (10–15 people) with minimal hierarchy and a high level of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Designing elements of the UAV structure
- Creating engineering documentation for developed parts and components
- Working with prototypes and participating in their production
- Participating in testing and refining products
- Mastering the operation of a thermoforming machine, designing forms for thermoforming, and operating the machine during the manufacture of prototype parts
Requirements
- Higher education (mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related)
- Basic or commercial experience (possible candidates from ~2 years or strong graduates)
- Understanding of mechanics and engineering principles
- Experience with CAD systems
- Willingness to work hands-on
Nice to Have
- Experience with UAVs or aviation
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience with 3D printing, thermoforming
- Experience in defense projects
