About the Position
Інженер-механік (SMT)
We are Everstar, an agency that helps private defense companies find talented individuals and bring us closer to victory. One of our key clients specializes in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles and related equipment.
The company has established and scaled its own production of two types of UAVs. They are now looking for an SMT Mechanical Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Conducting start-up and commissioning work on the SMT production line
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the production line, resolving major incidents
- Monitoring the implementation of pilot projects and adherence to the production plan
- Writing and revising programs for the SMD line
- Training and improving the knowledge of subordinates
- Controlling the operation of the SMD line (equipment) and conducting maintenance
- Eliminating and preventing productivity/quality losses and preventing their recurrence
- Describing, documenting production processes (start-up, operation, reconfiguration, autonomous and preventive maintenance, shutdown, behavior during full alert), optimizing and implementing them
- Implementing new/innovative processes and optimizing existing ones
- Reducing the cost of production without compromising quality
