Responsibilities
Забезпечення високоякісної технічної підтримки клієнтів з питань, пов'язаних з обладнанням ОВіК (HVAC), для забезпечення безперебійної та ефективної роботи систем опалення, холодопостачання та котельної техніки. Якщо Ви маєте відповідні знання та досвід, вмієте спілкуватися з клієнтами, ця позиція саме для Вас!
Technical Support:
- Технічне консультування проєктувальників, інсталяторів, клієнтів та співробітників.
- Робота з проєктувальниками, проведення гідравлічних розрахунків, складання специфікацій, перевірка правильності підбору обладнання.
- Заміна закладеного в проєктах обладнання інших торгових марок на обладнання HERZ.
- Аналіз технічних характеристик та параметрів продукції конкурентів.
- Супровід проєктів, в яких застосовано продукцію компанії.
- Проведення навчань та технічних семінарів для проєктувальників, торгових команд дилерів, інсталяторів.
Requirements
Вимоги до кандидата:
- Закінчена вища технічна освіта за спеціальностями: теплогазопостачання, вентиляція і кондиціювання повітря або АСУ ТП;
- Досвід роботи за напрямками опалення, теплопостачання, водопостачання і вентиляція, автоматизація;
- Відмінне знання української мови та володіння англійською та / або німецькою мовою на рівні B1;
- Наявність водійського посвідчення та навичок водіння легкового автомобіля;
- Готовність до відряджень.
