About the Position

TAF Industries, a leading military-tech company specializing in the production and development of defense technologies, is seeking a "Інженер-технолог". If you have experience in production management and technical documentation, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Development of the first product of a new configuration, verification of compliance with the sample product, participation in testing, documentation of discrepancies/recommendations;
• Participation in the development of new versions of products and testing of new components;
• Updating technological documentation;
• Adjusting the sequence of production operations according to the specifics of the production site;
• Adjusting the procedures for performing production operations using automation equipment;
• Monitoring compliance with the technological process, analysis and testing of possible improvements and their documentation, including analysis of the causes of defects and their elimination;
• Communication with the local warehouse regarding the compliance of quality indicators of the received components;
• Proposals and implementation of optimization of production processes, their documentation and disclosure of the best production practices;
• Formation of technical tasks and ensuring the implementation of mechanization and automation of production processes;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of production processes, internal logistics, collection of statistical information on production.

Requirements

• Experience in production management/shop manager/section manager/technologist from 2 years in areas with technologically complex products;
• English proficiency level from A1 to understand technical documentation;
• Skills in developing technical documentation;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the development and manufacture of fixtures for production processes;
• Experience in the design and mechanization of production processes;
• CAD modeling skills, Fusion 360, SolidWorks;
• Experience with ERP systems;
• Higher engineering education;
• Recommendations from previous employers.
