This vacancy is for the R&D team that develops and produces equipment and electronic solutions that work in real battlefield conditions, not in beautiful presentations for investors.

The company is rapidly scaling, establishing processes, and strengthening teams.

We are looking for a Technologist Engineer who will strengthen the R&D team of one of our partners. The company creates and produces technological solutions that have already hit hundreds of thousands of enemy targets.

This is an opportunity to work in a full-cycle team: from idea to serial product. Here you can manage your projects, influence technical decisions, and quickly bring them to life thanks to your own production.

Responsibilities

• Support production from R&D:

  • Providing prompt answers to questions arising in the production process regarding the composition, technology, and specifications of products.
  • Updating and adjusting technical and regulatory documentation based on feedback from production and changes in developments.
  • Analyzing and solving problems that arise in production, in collaboration with relevant departments and specialists.

• Preparing instructions for new releases:

  • Developing and writing clear, understandable, and complete instructions for launching new products and implementing changes to existing ones (new versions).
  • Creating the necessary supporting documentation that ensures the correct and effective implementation of innovations in production.
  • Creating and maintaining an up-to-date state of specifications.

Requirements

• Experience in a technologist position from 1 year.
• Higher technical education.
• Skills in developing and testing new products.
• Knowledge of technical documentation (composition and experience in drafting).
• Knowledge of technological processes.
