About the Position
Інженер з охорони праці
We are looking for an Occupational Safety Engineer to join EVERSTAR's MilTech team. This role is for those who want their work to have a direct impact on results, build processes, launch initiatives, and develop the Production direction in a rapidly scaling company.
Responsibilities
- Control compliance with occupational safety and fire safety requirements in production;
- Organize and conduct briefings, training, and preparation of workers in occupational safety;
- Commissioning new equipment and issuing necessary documentation;
- Organize medical examinations, workplace certification, and provide employees with PPE and special clothing;
- Develop and update internal instructions and occupational safety rules;
- Identify production risks, monitor their elimination, and advise managers;
- Investigate accidents, maintain relevant documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in companies with 500+ employees;
- Deep knowledge of occupational safety, fire, and electrical safety legislation;
- Successful experience in passing inspections, resolving complex issues, and issuing permits;
- Experience in production, particularly in building an occupational safety system from scratch (will be an advantage).
