About the Position
Інженер з сервісного обслуговування
We are Everstar, an agency dedicated to helping private defense companies find talented individuals and bring about our victory. One of our key clients specializes in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and related equipment.
The company has established and scaled its own production of two types of UAVs. They are now looking for a Service Support Engineer for UAVs to join their team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose devices and determine faults using schematics and measuring equipment.
- Repair, assemble, and test electrical components and electronic units.
- Solder and desolder components in simple assemblies, performing necessary mechanical operations.
- Identify and fix the main faults of repaired equipment.
- Check the completeness of electrical equipment and identify defects.
Requirements
- Secondary/higher technical education.
- Knowledge of electronic schematics (ability to read electrical schematics), high knowledge of DIP and SMD components.
- Developed soldering skills for both DIP and SMD components.
- Experience with various soldering equipment and solders (including experience with a soldering station, hot air gun, and lead-free tubular solder).
Nice to Have
- Experience with soldering equipment.
- Knowledge of lead-free solder.
