About the Position
We are seeking a Communications Engineer to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine, specializing in training operators for drone use in military operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the training, retraining, and professional development of specialists in radio-electronic reconnaissance (RER), radio-electronic warfare (REW), radar systems, communication systems, and related radio-electronic technologies.
- Ensuring the functioning, development, and improvement of the educational and material base of the radio-electronic systems direction.
- Developing and implementing training programs, methodological materials, and practical sessions for specialized training areas.
- Participating in the testing and development of systems and educational capabilities of the Academy in the field of radio-electronic systems, communications, and the electromagnetic spectrum.
Requirements
- Understanding of the basics of radio technology (antennas, RF chain)
- Understanding of the principles of radio transmitting, receiving, direction-finding equipment, and radars and their main parameters
- Understanding of signal theory principles (types of signals and their modulation, spectral analysis, FM signals, typical frequencies of GSM, GPS, FM, etc.)
- Experience with measurement equipment (spectrum analyzer, generator, oscilloscope)
Nice to Have
- Experience with special radio communication equipment, electronic warfare, and electronic countermeasures
