About the Position

Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Przemysłowy Instytut Motoryzacji is an institute that is part of the largest research network in Europe. The institute conducts research and development in the field of automotive. We are looking for a person to work in the Electronics and Acoustics Laboratory. We perform research and measurements in the field of EMC, electronics, and environmental and acoustic research. We invite you to participate in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Conducting EMC research
• Operating research equipment
• Developing, validating, and verifying research methods
• Preparing research reports
• Analyzing technical documentation
• Working with normative documents, updating knowledge in the field of legal and normative requirements
• Contact with clients
• Cooperation with other organizational units of the company

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in the EMC industry
• Higher technical education (at least an engineer's degree) preferred fields: mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics and telecommunications or related
• Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility issues in the context of research
• Knowledge of the English language allowing for fluent communication
• Practical general technical knowledge
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ISO 17025 standard
• Knowledge of vehicle homologation issues
• Knowledge of automotive-related issues
• Category B driver's license
