Responsibilities

• Participate in our 12-month development program designed for technical graduates to kickstart your career at O-I.
• During the program, including a 3-month rotational training in various European production plants, you will be introduced to the main processes in the plant, starting from safety, through production, quality, technical support, and more.
• Receive professional support from our experts at every stage of the training.

Requirements

• Recently graduated with a degree in mechanical and machine engineering or a similar field.
• Fluent in English.
• Ready for a 12-month program that offers opportunities for travel and learning in various O-I plants across Europe.
• Maximum of 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Willing to work at our plant in Jarosław.
