We are seeking a Frontend/UX Engineer to join our research institute in Katowice, focusing on cybersecurity, AI, and system security.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing user interfaces
Preparing views for complex data, assessments, recommendations, and reports
Participating in prototyping and usability testing
Translating analysis results into screens understandable for various user groups
Collaborating with backend, data, AI, and cybersecurity teams
Implementing changes after expert and user testing
Documenting UX decisions and validation results

Requirements

Higher education
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
Experience in designing and implementing web applications using React
Ability to create clear interfaces for complex data and processes
Knowledge of UX basics, accessibility, and user interaction
Experience with prototyping and iterative product development
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical individuals

Nice to Have

Experience with dashboards, data visualization, analytical tools, or workflow systems
Interest in cybersecurity, risk analysis, or visual analytics
Experience in R&D projects
