About the Position
We are looking for an IT professional for a commercial company in Tel Aviv, Israel. Experience in AD and Office 365 is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in a networked office environment with current users.
- Ability to work enthusiastically in a support team.
- Patience and pleasant communication skills with users.
- Understanding of AD and Office 365 systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of working in a network including connections, settings, and printers.
- Understanding of SQL-based applications.
- Knowledge of mobile devices is an advantage.
