IT Access Management support – German/English speaker (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)

Responsibilities

• Provide support in IT Access Management
• Utilize experience in Helpdesk and Application Support
• Manage incidents using tools like ServiceNow
• Perform Root-Cause analysis, log-file handling, and problem-solving
• Manage user access with Active Directory
• Handle data with strong problem-solving and research skills
• Conduct data handling & analysis (e.g., batch file uploads, cross-checking data)
• Use SQL queries knowledge
• Utilize strong Microsoft Excel & Office skills
• Create and update documentation

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Experience in Helpdesk / Application Support
• Experience with Incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Root-Cause analysis, log-file handling, and problem-solving
• Active Directory experience in user management/access management
• Strong problem-solving and research skills
• Data handling & analysis (e.g., batch file uploads, cross-checking data)
• SQL queries knowledge
• Strong Microsoft Excel & Office skills
• Experience in creation & updating documentation

Soft Skills:

• Organization & Priority management skills
• Team player
