IT Administrator / Office IT (all genders)

We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our team in Hamburg, ensuring smooth operation and support of our macOS devices and additional equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accompany new colleagues during the onboarding process by managing hardware orders and setting up all necessary accounts.
• Ensure secure handling during offboarding and device returns.
• Manage the optimal technical equipment of our employees, providing advice and solution-oriented support.
• Assist in managing employee accounts, including Microsoft, Slack, Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and manage software licenses.
• Contribute to the internal networks at the location, including WLAN, VPN, switches, and firewall, to ensure a smooth network infrastructure.
• Maintain our video conferencing systems, telephone systems, printers, and scanners to enable efficient communication and document management.
• Ensure the physical office environment is technically and visually flawless, including cabling and the installation of televisions.

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT sector, relevant professional development, or extensive experience in the field.
• Initial experience in the administration and support of IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience with Mac/macOS and our tool landscape, including Microsoft, Slack, Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and more.
• Integrity and a strong understanding of security are essential.
• Fluent in German and confident in English – both written and spoken.
• Nice to have: Certified occupational safety specialist for technical safety support.
