We are seeking an IT Administrator / Second-Level Supporter to join the team of a German-based product company, the biggest eHealth provider in the DACH market, which specializes in developing innovative digital solutions that revolutionize hospital operations and improve healthcare efficiency. Responsibilities
- Application Maintenance, including updates
- Ensure continuous operation, maintenance, and regular updates of the deployed applications
- OS Maintenance, including updates
- Operation, maintenance, and timely updates of the operating system in line with vendor recommendations and security requirements
- Improvement of server administration processes through automation
- Analysis of existing processes, identification of optimization opportunities, and implementation of automation solutions to increase efficiency and reliability
- Collaboration with customers (hospitals) on technical requirements, incidents, and compliance, in coordination with a PM
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT Administration / Second-Level Support
- Hands-on experience in IT automation using Ansible
- Experience in server security, hardening, and vulnerability management
- Proficient in English; native German speaker
