Pozice je ideální pro developera s alespoň 2 - 4 lety zkušeností, který se orientuje v e-commerce prostředí a chce se podílet na rozvoji Shopify platformy, systémových integrací a automatizací v rychle rostoucí firmě. Budeš úzce spolupracovat s Technical E-commerce Managerem na rozvoji Shopify platformy, ERP integrací a e-commerce architektury.

What You Will Work On

AI and Automation

• Identifying opportunities for automating processes across the company
• Designing and developing automated workflows using AI and automation tools
• Developing internal AI tools, assistants, and agents
• Automating manual and repetitive processes
• Working with LLMs and integrating them into real business processes
• Testing new AI technologies and their practical applications

Integration and Internal Tools

• Connecting internal systems using APIs and webhooks
• Creating automations in tools like n8n, Make, or similar platforms
• Developing custom integrations and simple internal applications
• Connecting AI with company data, documents, and systems
• Monitoring automations and resolving their errors

IT and Internal Systems

• Supporting the development and management of internal applications and SaaS tools
• Automating IT processes, user accounts, and access
• Implementing and integrating new tools
• Creating technical documentation
• Collaborating with external technology partners

Cross-Company Collaboration

• Communicating with marketing, operations, customer service, finance, e-commerce, and other teams
• Identifying processes where automation or AI can save time and eliminate manual work
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Rapid prototyping and validation of new use cases
• Collaborating with the IT & Data team on the development of AI and automation at FABINI

Requirements

Must Have

• At least 1 year of experience in development, automation, or system integrations
• Proficiency in programming in Python or Node.js
• Experience with REST API, webhooks, and system integration
• Practical experience with automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar
• Familiarity with current LLM and generative AI capabilities
• Experience using AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google
• Ability to work with Git/GitHub and version control
• Ability to independently analyze a problem and propose simple and effective solutions
• Ability to communicate with non-technical colleagues and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Enjoy finding ways to eliminate manual and repetitive work through technology

Nice to Have

• Experience with developing AI agents and agentic workflows
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or working with a company knowledge base
• Knowledge of SQL and working with data
• Experience with cloud services and deploying applications
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or monitoring
• Experience with automating Google Workspace or other SaaS applications
• Experience in an e-commerce environment
• Experience with Shopify, Odoo, or other ERP systems
