About the Position
Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for an IT and Network Support Technician profile with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in this role, to join our IT Support teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT technical support (SAT, Hardware, Software, and Network diagnosis and resolution).
- Install equipment, hardware, network devices, cabling, and perform rack maintenance.
- Resolve incidents and requests on-site at client premises.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous professional experience as an IT and Network Support Technician.
- Essential: Valid driving license (Type B).
- Availability to work 100% on-site and travel as required.
