About the Position

Our platform enables developers and enterprises to design, optimize, and deploy quantum algorithms at scale, supporting teams from early exploration to production-ready quantum solutions across diverse hardware architectures.

We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to scale our IT operations through automation and platform integrations, supporting identity management, SaaS, and endpoint systems.

You'll work closely with security leadership with real ownership in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual IT workflows (access requests, onboarding/offboarding, SaaS provisioning).
• Build API integrations, webhooks, and self-service capabilities to reduce ticket volume.
• Manage identity lifecycle (SSO, SCIM) and standardize SaaS governance.
• Oversee endpoint compliance, zero-touch provisioning, and remote infrastructure.
• Handle Tier 2/3 escalations and lead root-cause analysis to address systemic issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standardized operational workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems, or operations.
• Strong experience with Identity & Access Management (SSO, SAML, SCIM, user lifecycle).
• SaaS integration using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, or similar identity platforms.
• Building workflows/automations using n8n, Zapier, or AI-assisted tools.
• Strong Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and end-to-end technical project ownership.

Nice to Have

• Administration of macOS/Windows, Slack, Jira, and HiBob environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
• Experience with endpoint security platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Check Point Harmony Endpoint.
