Responsibilities
- You will be the connecting element between technical requirements and implementation, contributing significantly to the development of impactful and forward-thinking solutions.
- You will actively shape the evolution and integration of IT architecture around GenAI and conversational platforms, working closely with colleagues within the squad and other stakeholders in the tribe, ING Germany, and internationally within the ING Group.
- Your expertise in AI and GenAI will be instrumental in evaluating, analyzing, and shaping new and planned use cases. You will document requirements and processes with a high-quality standard, for example, using BPMN.
- We rely on your solid IT engineering knowledge, especially in the context of microservice architectures, API design, and data and integration processes (e.g., ETL pipelines).
- Continuous development is natural to you, as is your enthusiasm for sharing IT and AI topics within the squad and beyond.
- In international teamwork, you convince with your open, communicative, and binding manner. You actively promote exchange, bring in new ideas and modern agile methods, and thus make a noticeable contribution to efficiency and project success.
- For stakeholders and senior management, you prepare meaningful analyses and reports and derive clear, actionable recommendations from them.

Requirements
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar.
- At least three years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google DialogFlow.
- Knowledge of Google Engagement Suite (CES) or Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) is advantageous.
- Experience in planning and coordinating IT architectures and requirement implementation, as well as stakeholder management skills.
- Solid practical experience in requirement engineering and the use of GenAI.
- Very good understanding of modern IT architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, ETL, integration concepts) and conversational architectures (chatbots, AI agents, backend integration).
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and pronounced problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and a high willingness to learn and develop in agile working environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with a team-oriented and solution-oriented approach.
- Innovative spirit and a sense for sustainable solutions.
- Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing.
