Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Map business processes, perform gap analyses, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Coordinate Business Analysts, prioritize workloads, and support the timely delivery of project activities.
• Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Analyze KPIs, reports, and business data to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the digital transformation of margin management, planning, scheduling, operational decision-making, and refinery-related business processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business or IT projects.
• Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping, and gap-analysis skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
• Experience coordinating Business Analysts, prioritizing tasks, and managing workloads.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience using KPIs, reporting tools, and data insights to support business decisions.
• Fluent Hungarian and English language skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Experience in the Downstream, oil and gas, or refinery industry.
• Familiarity with margin management, planning, scheduling, or refinery-related business processes.
• Experience working in multi-workstream programs involving interconnected systems.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and coordinating BA teams in complex project environments.
